Jybek HomeCare referral program. Effective October 9, 2026.
These terms apply to the Jybek HomeCare referral program run by Jybek HomeCare ("we", "us"). By joining, you agree to them.
The program
Members tell us about people who may need care at home or who may want to work with us. Ask the person first, and refer only people who have agreed to be contacted. Rewards, where offered, are described in the program rules inside the app; they depend on the kind of member you are, are subject to the conditions shown there, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may decline a referral, withhold a reward, or remove a member where the rules are not followed.
SMS Terms
Program name: Jybek HomeCare referral program updates, sent by Jybek HomeCare.
What we send: if you tick the consent box when you join, or turn texts on in the app, we text you about your own referrals: a confirmation when a referral is received, updates on its progress, and a notice when a reward is approved or sent. We do not send advertising.
How often: message frequency varies with how many people you refer. Most members receive a few messages a month or fewer.
Cost: we do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to receive messages again.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to join the program or to earn a reward.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
